County Procedures

The Capital Improvement Program project description number is No. 500338 for this project. For each segment of noise wall, the County’s noise policy requires approval by at least 60% of benefited homeowners, but also requires approval by all of the homeowners from whom right-of-way would be required. The noise policy limits the County’s costs to $50,000 per benefited residence, but no homeowner contribution is anticipated for this project.
