Private Project: Piedmont Crossing/Casey at Mill Creek - Phase I

Description

Toll Brothers plans to develop approximately 37 acres with 62 dwelling units, including townhouses and single-family residential dwellings. A neighborhood park with multi-age play area is included in first phase of development. The Piedmont Crossing property is located adjacent to the Town of Washington Grove and Mill Creek South community. The approved preliminary plan provided a two-year reservation period for the acquisition of land for an elementary school. The reservation for the school site has since expired. There are three phases to this development. Phase II will be developed with additional residential development when Crabbs Branch Way is extended through the Casey 6 and 7 properties.
