Description
The Derwood Bible property, located at the intersection of Yellowstone Way and Chieftain Avenue in Old Derwood, will be redeveloped with 42 residential units, including six single-family dwelling units and 36 townhouses. Single-family residential will front Yellowstone Way, while townhouses face Chieftain Avenue. Both roads will provide primary access to the development. An historic marker that acknowledges the historic nature of Old Derwood is proposed for the development.
