prepare site plans, and to obtain building permits. The success
of the County's MPDU program begins at this agency, with the
negotiations between developers and staff for a site plan
that provides MPDUs. Recently, the MPDU law was amended to
ensure that the issue of affordable housing is addressed for
all developments with 20 units or more.
