The following sketch plan application was submitted to the Planning Department in fall 2010. Planners will review the application and coordinate with other county agencies, then send the application to the Planning Board for consideration. If the sketch plan is approved, the project will undergo preliminary and site plan review. During the review process, some elements of the submitted plans likely will change.
NOTE: The office building at 11333 Woodglen Drive will be retained
