Description
This preliminary plan will subdivide the subject 0.96-acre lot (15,600 square feet) into one recorded parcel for the construction of an office building. The existing property consists of two Parcels, 58 and 114,and is located at the southeast quadrant of the intersection of Germantown Road (MD 118) and Clopper Road (MD 117). The property is zoned C-T for commercial-transitional use; a two-story, 15, 600-square-foot office building will be constructed on the site. Access to the property will be directly from Liberty Mill Road, which borders the east side of the property.
