Description

This approval exends the standard 90-day project plan review period for Fairfield Costco at Germantown so that the applicant may file a preliminary plan concurrently with the project plan.  The proposal involves about 205,900 square feet of commercial retail development at 19430 Waters Road in Germantown at the southwest quadrant of the intersection with Wisteria Drive.  The proposal contains two phases.  The first phase consists of the retail Costco store and associated parking and a members-only service station, for a total of about 154, 870 square feet.  Phase II, to be built on the north side of Waterford Hills Boulevard would consist of the development of 51,050 square feet of general retail uses.  The 26.44-acre site is RMX-2-zoned.
