Greenwich Forest, Animal Industry, Higgins Cemetery
Amendment to the Master Plan for Historic Preservation
The County Council on June 28, 2011 took action to designate the Greenwich Forest Historic District on the Master Plan for Historic Preservation. The Council approved the Planning Board Draft Amendment with the addition of design guidelines which are found in the Council resolution 17-187. The County Council has also taken action to designate the Bureau of Animal Industry Building and the Higgins Family Cemetery in a separate Council Resolution (16-1541).
