M-NCPPC will maintain an accounting of all funds from GIS sales transferred to them. The allocation of any funds that exceed the expense of maintaining the planimetric/topographic basemaps will be determined at a special GIS Sales Board meeting and will be applied to maintenance of other database layers or database development as specified in the countywide GIS Strategic Plan. Expenditures will be reviewed and approved by the GIS Sales Board.
