Description
26 dwelling units (23 new townhouses and 3 existing single family detached homes) are proposed on this 2.68 acre property on the west side of Georgia Avenue in Woodside, just north of the Silver Spring CBD. This property was rezoned from R-60 to RT-12.5 as a result of zoning case of G-817. The proposed units can be up to 35' tall and 61 total parking spaces are proposed. An MPDU waiver was requested.
