Description
A developer has proposed a new five-story (60’ tall) Optional Method project on the south side of Thayer Avenue, east of Fenton Street. The 28,000 square foot property is zoned CBD-0.5. It is proposed for residential development to include 52 dwelling units (including MPDUs). Thirty-seven (37) parking spaces would be accessed from the public alley behind the building. On-site landscaped seating areas with art would be provided as Public Use Space.
