Private Project: 814 Thayer Avenue

A developer has proposed a new five-story (60’ tall) Optional Method project on the south side of Thayer Avenue, east of Fenton Street. The 28,000 square foot property is zoned CBD-0.5. It is proposed for residential development to include 52 dwelling units (including MPDUs). Thirty-seven (37) parking spaces would be accessed from the public alley behind the building. On-site landscaped seating areas with art would be provided as Public Use Space.

Opportunities for Public Participation

The Planning Board held public hearings on the proposed project and preliminary plans on July 26, 2007 and will hold a hearing on the pending site plan.
