Public Project: Interim Clarksburg Fire and Rescue Station

Description

The Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services intents to convent 9,800 square feet of existing leased space at 22610 Gateway Center Drive in Building 2 (second building from the north) in the Gateway 270 Office Park for use as an interim fire station for the Clarksburg area. The site is approximately 1100 feet south of the intersection of Clarksburg Road with Gateway Center Drive, near the I-270 off ramp. The interim fire station is intended to serve the Clarksburg area until the permanent Clarksburg Fire Station is completed in late FY 2009.
