Public Project: Clarksburg Elementary School No. 8

Description
The new Clarksburg Elementary School #8 will be located on a 10.75-acre school site located at 12601 Royal Crown Drive in the Milestone community of Germantown adjacent to the Waters House Special Park. The school is needed to relieve Clarksburg and Cedar Grove Elementary Schools. While Little Bennett Elementary School opened in the Clarksburg Town Center in August 2006, future development of Clarksburg requires that an additional elementary school to open in September 2009. The school is planned to be two stories with a capacity of 740 students.
