Description

This 0.96 acre property is located three hundred twenty five feet northwest of Stringtown Road on the north side of MD 355 (Frederick Road) in the Clarksburg Historic District. The parcel is vacant and a 15,000 square foot retail/office building with adjoining parking lot is proposed. This project is known as Clarksburg Crossing.
